Le vie attorno agli appartamenti Fly House sono con parcheggio esclusivo per i residenti, quindi solo loro possono lasciare la vettura con orario continuato solo esponendo un tagliandino. Ci sono comunque fasce orarie dove è possibile lasciare la macchina con disco orario senza incorrere nelle multe.

Indicativamente i controlli dei preposti, vengono concentrati tra le 10;30 di mattina e le 16;00 di pomeriggio. In quel lasso temporale le probabilità di sanzione sono elevate. Possiamo garantire invece che in orario serale dalle 16;30 in poi i controlli sono nulli.
