Ours is a private facility without an active reception with an operator. It is essential to contact us before the day of arrival or the morning of the day of arrival.
If this connection does not occur, it follows that the hospitality will not be optimal. We have set a fundamental rule to protect our work and the stay of guests.
Documents must arrive via WhatsApp by 5:30 pm on the day of check in.
Failure to comply with this basic rule makes us understand that the customer has no interest, or possibility, to facilitate the task of the facility and consequently to help prepare his stay.
La nostra è una struttura privata senza una reception attiva con operatore.E’ fondamentale mettersi in contatto con noi prima del giorno di arrivo o la mattina del giorno di arrivo.
Se questo collegamento non avviene ne consegue che l’ospitalità non sarà ottimale. Abbiamo impostato una regola fondamentale per tutelare il nostro lavoro e il soggiorno degli ospiti.

Il mancato rispetto di questa regola base ci fa comprendere come il cliente non ha interesse, o possibilità,di facilitare il compito della struttura e di conseguenza di aiutare la preparazione del suo soggiorno.
